Excerp from intelligence debriefing by the Order
> How do you describe that monstrous Hive ship? It's so massive that even the hive only has 5 of them. At least that we know of. The hive refers to it as the “LEVIATHAN“. At its head, is a massive gaping maw, spanning 10,000, maybe more meters. Inside that hellish maw are thousands of protruding teeth on which the hive impales its starfaring victims' ships. The ship is so large, that there is even an atmosphere inside the mouth. A dense thick fog makes it impossible to see far down its gullet, not that you would want to. The mouth never closes. Always open, always consuming. Smaller hive ships like fish dart in and out, parasites.
>
> You see the goal of the hive is not the destruction, decimations, or even annihilation of any other race, save it be the Expletuns of course. Rather they are after conversion of all sentient lifeforms into members of their hive… this is known as Enlightenment. That's why they don’t destroy. They consume.
>
> On the face of this monstrosity, just outer from its voracious mouth are ten eyes. 5 to the north, 5 to the south. The face is perfectly circular, and each eye is equidistant from each other at the poles.
>
> At the poles (for I have to give an alignment to this demon in order to describe it) down its massive head, thousands of diplopoda appendages protrude out down its spines, they run in pairs and are used to hold and contain ships before they are fed into the maw.
>
> At the equator, are a set of three massive tentacles, a set on each side, each 30,000 meters in length. Even a demon needs arms to feed itself.
>
> The Length of its body extends back 2/3rds of its total length, the remaining length is its propulsion system: 16 protruding appendages. They are like towers or pylons. From afar they resemble the oral arms of a Jellyfish. Inside each arm are the soliton matrices that bend and warp space to create its compression corridor. At the tip, the ship's impulse drives. The towers also have some limited mobility, to help move the massive ship in the direction it needed to go.
>
> What lies in between the arms, and in the back of the main body I could not tell you. The ship strikes a great fear and we simply all run away at any sight.
>
> From afar, it's easy to see how it got its name as the Hellmaw. A voracious creation of the hive and consumes everything. Up close it really just like any Hive ship. Advanced beyond all reason.
>
> But those ships, they are alive. And they are hungry…
>
